Office Depot wins new Total Business Solutions Framework

A new Total Business Solutions Framework has been launched, which aims to streamline processes on the administration and ordering of a wide range of business supplies and services, saving time and reducing costs.

Developed by Pretium Frameworks Ltd, in partnership with Contracting Authority, District Homes CIC, the second-generation, PCR 2015-compliant solution will be delivered by Office Depot– part of OT Group.

It aims to maximise value and take the stress out of managing day-to-day business operations, consolidating a range of products and services into one contract, and promotes corporate sustainability, by using a single supplier, with less deliveries.

The end-to-end solution includes everything from workplace essentials, such as stationery, facilities supplies, print and furniture, through to hybrid mail, managed print services, digitisation solutions, electronic records management, secure data destruction and tail management. Support is also available for remote working solutions, and home offices.

Deliveries are made nationally, through a world-class operations and distribution network, with flexible options including scheduled and out-of-hours deliveries and carbon tracking on all orders.    

Office Depot holds hundreds of thousands of products, from more than 10,000 suppliers – benchmarked against the market to ensure competitive pricing, and all available through intuitive e-commerce platform SmartPad.

Framework users can order all of their essential supplies through the unique portal, which can recommend the best value items, or eco-friendly alternatives to support them to choose the most suitable products. It also works as a powerful analytics engine helping to drive procurement efficiencies through full visibility and control of your organisation’s spend, and built-in approvals and budget controls, as well as customisable management information.
