OT Group achieved Silver Medal status for ‘Advanced Sustainability Reporting’.
OT Group is proud to achieve silver EcoVadis status, putting us in the top 25% globally of all companies assessed by EcoVadis. This online Sustainable Management system is used by several our large clients and provides supplier sustainability ratings for global supply chains.
Ratings are awarded based on 21 criteria across four themes: Environment, Fair Labour and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. The methodology for each of the themes is built on international ESG standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative and the United Nations Global Compact.
What are the main benefits of having the EcoVadis rating?
It allows us to demonstrate to all our stakeholders the investment that OT Group puts into responsible business and our environmental and societal strategy, and that part of our success comes from being an organisation that takes care of our people, our customers, the environment and the communities we live in.
How has EcoVadis helped OTG to improve its performance?
OT Group is dedicated to ensuring high standards of Responsible Business. EcoVadis allows us to measure how good we are and the areas in which we may be able to improve. It is good to have people looking in from the outside who deal with many leading organisations analysing what and how we do things. This allows us to benchmark ourselves against other leading organisations, many of which are our customers.
